The Runlv EMS high-efficiency multi-core backwash filter is a new generation of high-efficiency, large meteor backwash self-cleaning filtration system independently developed by Runlv. It is an automatic filter that can provide multiple purposes, and can filter out various types of water and water-based low viscosity liquids (such as solid particle impurities in "machining refrigerants" to meet the requirements of system operation and downstream process for liquid cleanliness). It can also be used to protect downstream key equipment from particle blockage, wear or scaling, and improve operational efficiency and lifespan. The Runlv EMS high-efficiency multi-core backwash filter meets the needs of online fully automatic continuous filtration, reduces downtime costs, maintenance costs, and labor costs, and is a solution for water and water-based liquid filtration.
EMS type high-efficiency multi-core backwash filters can be divided into the following four models according to the requirements of application conditions, filter elements, and cleaning methods:
EMSDS single pole dual suction recoil type; EMSDD single pole single suction recoil type;
EMSSS bipolar dual suction recoil type; EMSSD bipolar single suction recoil type;
EMS type high-efficiency multi-core backwash filter, with a filtration accuracy of 25-3000pm, a single machine filtration flow rate of 5-7000m3/h, and a filter inlet and outlet flange of 2 "-36", fully meeting the fully automatic filtration requirements for low viscosity liquids (50cp) and below.

Operational principle

When filtering, the liquid enters the filter from the inlet, and a portion of the liquid enters the upper part of the filter from the middle diversion pipe. The liquid enters simultaneously from the upper and lower ports of the filter element, and flows out through the inner surface of the NOVOTM filter element at the outlet. The particulate impurities are intercepted and accumulate into filter cakes, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter to gradually increase, indicating that the filter cake has reached a certain thickness, and the flux of the filter element is decreasing. When backwashing, when the set pressure difference or time is reached, the self-cleaning program starts, and the motor drives the internal upper and lower backwash suction pipes to align alternately with the upper and lower ends of a group of filter elements. Then, the backwash discharge valve is opened to connect the filter element with the atmosphere. Part of the filtrate from other filter elements flows in a pulse reverse direction, while the surface cross flow generated by the optimization element in the middle of the filter element is used to quickly remove the filter cake on the inner surface of the filter element, exclude residual liquid from flowing into the sewage collection pipeline, and close the discharge valve. The backwash suction pipe is aligned with the next group of filter elements for backwashing. After all filter elements are alternately backwashed one by one, the entire backwashing process is completed.
